For Customers with a Letter of Redemption  

If you received a Letter of Redemption between 17 - 20 Feb:

    • The original Letter of Redemption must be presented as proof of purchase to collect the physical voucher over-the-counter from 21 February to 31 March 2025.
    • One (1) $100 Voucher set consist of 10 vouchers, and each voucher entitles you to the redemption of one (1) standard movie ticket, one (1) tub of popcorn and one (1) bottled drinking water at any Cathay Cineplexes operated in Singapore only. All items will be issued at the same time upon redemption of this voucher.

    Terms & Conditions for online purchase: 

    • All vouchers must be collected within fourteen (14) days, at the selected cinema location, upon successful order confirmation.

    • Collection of vouchers is strictly available at the physical box office counter of the selected cinema location during the operating hours of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the presentation of booking confirmation.
    • One (1) $100 SOS Voucher Package consists of 10 vouchers, and each voucher entitles you to the redemption of one (1) standard movie ticket, one (1) tub of popcorn and one (1) bottled drinking water at any Cathay Cineplexes operated in Singapore only. All items will be issued at the same time upon redemption of this voucher.
    • All vouchers purchased are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

    • All vouchers are not valid for redemption for group/corporate bookings or for bulk redemptions (exceeding 20 or more tickets), as well as other promotions and discounts such as but not limited to credit card rebates.

    • Strictly no extension of the voucher’s validity will be permitted.
    • All vouchers cannot be sold or advertised without the prior written consent of Cathay Cineplexes.
    • Cathay Cineplexes will not accept any voucher which, in its opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, is or appears to be counterfeit, has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be altered, defaced, damaged or tampered with. The decision of Cathay Cineplexes is final.
    • There will be no replacement of the voucher if it is lost or damaged.
    • The Management reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.


    Terms & Conditions for Save Our Screen (SOS) Voucher:

    • All items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    • This voucher can be used from Monday to Sunday, including Eve of Public Holiday and Public Holiday.

    • This voucher is valid for redemption at Cathay Cineplexes manned counters only.

    • This voucher is valid for redemption from 21 February till 31 December 2025.

    • This voucher is not valid for 3D movies, film festivals, Tamil / Hindi movies, Ultima and Wave seats, movies screened at the Platinum Movie Suites, movie marathons, and special priced tickets.

    • This voucher is not exchangeable or refundable in part or full.

    • Strictly no extension of the expiry date reflected on this voucher will be permitted.

    • This voucher is not valid for redemption with other promotions & discounts at Cathay Cineplexes.

    • This voucher is not valid for redemption of group and corporate bookings. 

    • If this voucher is redeemed for a rated movie, Cathay Cineplexes reserves the right to restrict entry to any person who is not in compliance with the relevant rating set by Infocommunications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA).

    • Film rating is decided by IMDA and may not be known at the time of purchase of the voucher.

    • The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions stated at any point of time without prior notice.
