1) Are there any changes to your operating hours?
Our cinemas will open half an hour (30 minutes) before the first movie showtime of the day. The first showtime of the day will vary and we encourage you to check our website for the most updated showtime information.
2) Are seats still sold in an alternate arrangement?
Seating arrangements for all our halls have reverted back to normal, without seat gaps catered for safe distancing.
3) Will Student and Senior ticket prices be available?
Yes, Student and Senior ticket prices will still be available at all Cathay Cineplexes outlets. Please note that your student pass or ID must be presented upon purchase at our Box Office counters and at the usher point before entry for verification purposes.

4) Are there contactless payment options available?
Yes, you are encouraged to purchase your tickets and snacks online via our website or mobile app. You can also opt to pay for your purchases via our self-service kiosks.
5) Will there be food and beverages for sale?
Yes, F&B may be consumed within all our halls.
6) Are your Platinum Movie Suites open?
Yes, our Platinum Movie Suites will be open for selected movies. Please check our website for the most updated information on movies and showtimes for Platinum Movie Suites.
7) What are the safety measures put in place for your Platinum Movie Suites?
We have discontinued the provision of blankets and pillows. You may purchase your own new personal blanket for $6.
A complimentary pack of our Signature Caramel Popcorn and a bottled drink* will be distributed with every Platinum Movie Suites ticket purchased.
